Online Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window: All regular-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase (extended to account for shipping time).

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store Credit: Store credit is issued as an online gift card sent to the email address on your order β€” easy to use on your next purchase.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for online orders unless an item was wrongfully shipped or arrived damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: All items at 30% off or more are final sale β€” no returns or exchanges.
  • Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, masks, undergarments, socks, etc.
  • Other Final Sale: All fabric, sewing, and giftware sales are final.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at amcscustomers@gmail.com or fill out our contact form to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized before sending back.
  2. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to:

  4. Receive Your Credit: Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit or exchange promptly.

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

Regular-Priced Items: Within 14 days of purchase, regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund in the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued to the same card used for purchase.

Marked-Down Items (red-tagged): May be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. No cash refunds on marked-down items.

Final Sale Items: All items at 30% off or more are final sale β€” no returns or exchanges.

General Conditions

  • All returned items must be in original condition β€” unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • In-store credit is issued as a store gift card.
  • For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, masks, or undergarments (panties, pantyhose, bras, slips, swimwear, socks, underwear, etc.).
  • All fabric, sewing, and giftware sales are final.
