Return Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Online Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Return Window: All regular-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. (to account for shipping)
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. *Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: All sale items at 30% off or more are final sale.
  • Hygiene Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, masks, undergarments, socks etc.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at amcscustomers@gmail.com or fill out our contact form to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized before sending back.
  2. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to:

  4. Receive Your Credit: Once we receive your return, we will process your store credit or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of an online gift card sent to the email on the order.
  • We do not offer refunds for online orders unless an item was wrongfully shipped or was sent damaged. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so that we can rectify it.

In-Store Return and Exchange Policy

Regular-Priced Items:

  • Exchange or Refund: Within 14 days of purchase, regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for a full refund in the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued to the same card used for purchase.

Marked-Down Items:

  • Exchange or Store Credit: Marked-down items (red-tagged) may only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days only. No cash refunds are available for marked-down items.
  • Final Sale Items: All sale items at 30% off or more are final sale.

General Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a store gift card.
  • For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry, masks, or undergarments (panties, pantyhose, bras, slips, swimwear, socks, underwear, etc.).
  • All fabric, sewing, and giftware sales are final.

Christmas Gifts:

Exchange or Store Credit: Christmas gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Christmas exchanges are accepted until January 10th, 2025. A valid receipt is required.
